Excellus BCBS

Health insurance provider Excellus BlueCross BlueShield experienced a data breach incident in December 2013.

The breach exposed the personal information including the name, date of birth, Social Security number, mailing address, member identification number, and financial account information of its customer.

Excellus along with cyber security experts investigated the incident.
