Ethos Group

Ethos Group recently suffered a data breach that impacted the security of consumer information stored on its computer systems.

The incident affected consumers’ names and Social Security numbers, financial account information, protected health information or government identification numbers, taxpayer identification number; passport number; Military identification card numbers and Other government identification numbers.

Ethos reviewed the files that were accessed and then sent out data breach letters to all affected parties
