The Córdoba County Council's Provincial Information Technology Company (Eprinsa) has been trying to address the security breach that affected the provincial institution's information systems.
Victor Montoro, president of Eprinsa, said that ""this security problem has been informed to the National Cryptological Centre, a national alert and response centre that is charged with cooperating and aiding in a prompt and effective reaction to cyberattacks.
According to the organisation, they are attempting to ascertain what this attack has affected or what it might affect in addition to providing this service.
It was discovered that all of the data from the various departments and delegations of the Diputación de Córdoba had not been lost despite the strain that the computer systems had to endure.
