ENT and Allergy Care, P.A. suffered from a data breach incident in June 2016.

The attack compromised the patient names, addresses, health visit information, and last four digits of the patient’s Social Security number.”

The unauthorized access did not include credit card numbers or financial and payment information, which are maintained on a separate system that is not related to Bizmatics or PrognoCIS.

They immediately investigated the incident and offered free credit monitoring services.
