New Jersey-based Englewood Health suffered a data breach incident which compromised data of nearly 4,000 individuals.
The attackers compromised employee’s username and password and compromised the personal information of patients including names, birth dates, and limited health information.
Englewood Health notified all the impacted individuals and offered them free credit monitoring services and secured its data.
