ENGIE

Engie confirmed that it had been alerted that it was the target of this cyberattack that damaged its website.

Engie has since lodged a complaint and is coordinating with the appropriate authorities to get this issue resolved.

Names, email addresses, localities, and phone numbers are among the information that was disclosed.

But the hacker made the ethical decision to withhold house addresses, considering it unethical.

Additionally, even though the financial information of Engie customers is secure, this exposure may expose them to phishing scams or other types of scams.
