ENERCON

Germany-based Nordex was targeted in a cyberattack recently in March 2022.

The company set up an immediate response team to contain the issue and prevent further propagation and assess the extent of potential exposure and shut down IT systems across multiple locations and business units.

The company also suffered collateral damage during the cyberattack on European satellite systems, Vestas, which is responsible for remotely monitoring and controlling nearly its 6,000 systems.
