EasyVote Solutions suffered a data breach incident that exposed Georgia voters’ registration information on the internet.
After the incident, the public information about voters was posted to an online forum.
EasyVote upon learning about the breach, quickly disabled access to that storage location and transferred the data to a new environment with additional security controls.
