Eastern Health experienced an accidental breach of privacy of 19 patients from its Rehabilitation Program.
There’s no word on how the breach occurred.
Missing files contained information about patients of the Janeway Children’s Health and Rehabilitation Centre.
Eastern Health immediately took action and notified all those personally affected by this incident, asking them to protect their privacy.
