A cyber attack occurred on a vendor hobbled sales at the parent of DSW Shoe Warehouse.

A vendor was hit with a ransomware attack and had to voluntarily shut down its systems.

CEO Roger Rawlins didn’t name the vendor but said the issue was resolved and fulfillment returned
