Who is Eligible?
U.S. residents who received a notification letter about the March 2025 data incident may qualify as class members. Claims must be submitted by July 6, 2026.

Settlement Benefits
Eligible individuals can choose from the following options:

  • Cash Payment A (Documented Losses): Up to $3,000 for out-of-pocket expenses (with proof) and $20/hour (max $60) for time spent addressing the breach.
  • Cash Payment B (Alternate Payment): A flat $50 payment (amount may adjust based on claim volume).
  • Credit Monitoring: Two years of one-bureau credit monitoring, including $1 million in identity theft insurance, at no cost.

Claim Process
Class members can file online or mail a claim form to the settlement administrator. Proof of losses is required only for Cash Payment A.
