Dove Healthcare Management Data Breach Settlement Reached
Dove Healthcare Management Services LLC has agreed to settle a class action lawsuit stemming from a July 2024 data incident that exposed personal information. The settlement offers affected individuals compensation and credit monitoring services.
Who is Eligible?
U.S. residents who received a notification letter about the March 2025 data incident may qualify as class members. Claims must be submitted by July 6, 2026.
Settlement Benefits
Eligible individuals can choose from the following options:
- Cash Payment A (Documented Losses): Up to $3,000 for out-of-pocket expenses (with proof) and $20/hour (max $60) for time spent addressing the breach.
- Cash Payment B (Alternate Payment): A flat $50 payment (amount may adjust based on claim volume).
- Credit Monitoring: Two years of one-bureau credit monitoring, including $1 million in identity theft insurance, at no cost.
Claim Process
Class members can file online or mail a claim form to the settlement administrator. Proof of losses is required only for Cash Payment A.
Payout Methods
Approved claims will be distributed via PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or paper check.
Settlement Fund Allocation
- Up to $212,500 for attorneys’ fees.
- Up to $7,500 in service awards for class representatives.
- Up to $150,000 for eligible claimants.
- Remaining funds cover administration costs and credit monitoring.

- Opt-out deadline: June 22, 2026
- Final approval hearing: July 20, 2026
- Payout timeline: Within 75 days of final approval or 30 days after the settlement takes effect.
