Douglas Elliman Property Management

The Maine Office of the Attorney General reported that Douglas Elliman Property Management (DEPM) experienced a data breach due to unauthorized access between April 5, 2021 and April 7, 2021, potentially affecting 29,295 individuals. The breach, discovered on April 9, 2021, involved the exposure of personal information, including names, Social Security numbers, and financial information. Written notification was sent to 11 Maine residents beginning on April 23, 2021, and DEPM is offering one year of Experian identity theft protection services to those affected.
