- A one-time $50 cash payment for those without documented losses.
- Two years of free credit monitoring (CyEx Financial Shield Complete) with $1 million in fraud insurance.

Affected individuals can submit claims online or by mail to the settlement administrator (Simpluris, Inc.) by November 11, 2026. Documentation is required for reimbursement claims but not for the $50 payment or credit monitoring. Payouts will be distributed via PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or check after final court approval.
