The Department of National Defence suffered a security breach that exposed personal information of dozens of Canadian military members.
The compromised information included names, ranks, service numbers, home addresses and home phone numbers, as well as names of spouses and children.
They investigated the incident and the commission's copy of the documents, filed at the Federal Court.
