Delta Dental of Illinois suffered from a data breach incident which exposed 100 of people personal information.
A delivery service delivered a box filled with paper claims to the company from a subcontractor of Delta Dental of Illinois. X-rays and claims were included in the box that was lost in transit.
A spokesman estimated that the incident had an impact on about 650 people in Illinois, with roughly six of them being state or university personnel in the Champaign-Urbana region.
