Crossroads Health in Ohio suffered a huge data breach incident in January 2022.
An unauthorized party gained access to their systems from November to January and exfiltrated files were from a legacy system involving the information on clients of Beacon Health.
The compromised information included names, contact information, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, treatment and diagnosis information, and/or health insurance information for the Beacon Health patients.
