The compromised information included individuals’ names, dates of birth, mailing addresses, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, and information related to services received from the County of Tehama Department of Social Services.

The County of Tehama conducted a review of the files that were accessed as a result of this incident and mailed letters to individuals whose information may have been involved in the incident.
