Concierge Care NP

On September 26, 2023, the Maine Office of the Attorney General reported a data breach involving Concierge Care NP that occurred on September 6, 2023. The breach affected a total of 1,058 individuals, including 800 Maine residents, and involved unauthorized access to electronic health records (EHR), compromising patient insurance and other medical information.
