Depending on the business branch involved, the potentially stolen data may be sensitive.
Together with a well-known international cyber security firm, the corporation quickly started an investigation, and it notified the appropriate authorities including the postal police to carry out additional inquiries.
Compass Group Italia stated that the business's operations were unaffected, in contrast to many other victims of ransomware attacks.
