A cyberattack has targeted the communes of the Pays Fouesnantais (Finistère) and the town of Fouesnant.
All of the town hall's IT services which serve 10,000 residents are impacted and rendered unavailable, with the exception of the national identity card and passport services.
The latter runs smoothly because the State manages it across a secure channel.
The Intercommunal Social Action Centre, the Les Balnéides aquatic centre, and all services provided by the CCPF are also impacted.
