The Maine Office of the Attorney General reported on April 16, 2024, that Cocoon Inc. experienced a cybersecurity incident involving malware on March 4, 2024. The incident affected 50 individuals and involved unauthorized access to personal data, including financial account numbers. Identity theft protection services were offered for one year through IDX.
