The City Hall of Del Rio, Texas fell victim to a ransomware attack that forced it to turn off multiple computers on the network and disconnect them from the Internet.
Around 30 to 45 computers were turned off after detecting the attack and the attackers also a ransom note contained a phone number to be used to contact the attackers for instructions on how to pay the ransom.
