Some customers that used its Click2Gov utility payment system in 2017 have had their credit information stolen.

The city stated they don't think any of their other online payment services were compromised, like building permits or business license renewals.

The incident only affects utility customers who went online into the City’sClick2Gov system and made a one-time payment with a payment card, who manually selected a payment card saved in the Click2Gov system’s wallet for a one-time payment, and customers who made one-time payments with a payment
card by calling the City and speaking with a staff person.
