Cyberattacks Disrupt Two Contra Costa County Cities
Two cities in Contra Costa County, California Oakley and Pleasant Hill are recovering from cyberattacks that struck last Thursday. The incidents targeted municipal computer systems, prompting Oakley to declare a local emergency in response.
In Pleasant Hill, the police department confirmed the attack directly impacted the city’s infrastructure.
