Chambersburg Area School District

Chambersburg Area School District (CASD) was targeted by the cyber attack on August 2023.

In a formal statement, the school district explained that the closures were due to "temporary network disruptions". Although the district is fervently working to restart the schools as quickly as possible, the ambiguity surrounding the disruptions has led to many people speculating on the issue's probable persistence.
