Center for Life Management
A data security incident Center for Life Management affected the privacy of certain information relating to MHCGM patients as it stores the data for the Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester.
An unauthorized party accessed certain data storage systems of CLM that contained the name, address, date of birth, Social Security number, diagnosis, medical information, discharge information, and treatment location and/or healthcare provider of MHCGM patients.
MHCGM notified the impacted individuals and investigated the incident along with CLM to know the extent of the incident.
