A major French hospital in the southeast Paris region was targeted by ransomware in August 2022.

The threat actor demanded 10M$ and after the hospital refused to pay they began leaking patient data on a massive scale.

Hackers blocked the emergency services or imagery equipment.

Additionally, they threatened to release enormous amounts of patient data.
