Rede Top system suffers cyber attack and causes slowdowns in supermarkets in Blumenau.
The situation started on July 26 and caused a delay in the services offered by the stores.
The change occurred due to the security protocols activated by the company.
As the unauthorized intrusion was identified, security systems were activated and connections were interrupted.
The company reported that the means of payment have already been normalized and customer service continues to function normally & the network's database is kept under strict security systems.
