Central Licensing Bureau, Inc.

Central Licensing Bureau, Inc. fell victim to a ransomware attack in which an unauthorized party accessed and disabled portions of the company’s computer systems and breached some of the personal information of its clients in a data breach incident.

The breached information first and last names, addresses, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, and driver’s license.

CLB enlisted the assistance of a third-party cybersecurity forensic firm to investigate the incident and notified the impacted clients.
