Gateway Casinos and Entertainment and Casino Rama suffered from a cybersecurity incident that abruptly shut down Gateway Casinos Sudbury and its other Ontario casinos.
To assist in restoring the IT infrastructure, they hired outside cyber experts who are available round-the-clock.
All Gateway gambling locations, including Casino Rama, will be shuttered until further notice.
They informed the customer of their care for the security of personal information and data.
