A data breach at the software provider CarWise ICT allowed unauthorized parties to readily access the personal data of 1000 Dutch lease drivers.
The leaked data includes customers' addresses, lease contracts and the total number of kilometers traveled per car.
They investigated the incident and took preventive steps to stop such incidents in the future.
