An unauthorized party gained access to some of the employees' and patients’ personal, health, and financial information of Capital Region Medical Center in a data breach incident.
CRMC felt disruption to its network systems and immediately disabled our network as a security measure.
The compromised information included name, date of birth, full mailing address, medical information, health insurance information, Social Security numbers, and driver’s license numbers
CRMC investigated the incident and offered one year of credit monitoring at no cost to the affected individuals.
