BryLin Behavioral Health System based in New York had some of its personal health information leaked in a cybersecurity breach.
The data containing patient names, birth dates, addresses, treatment data, and/or clinical data was accessed by unauthorized persons.
They announced to provide free credit monitoring services to 75 patients whose Social Security numbers were exposed.
