Boston Public Library

The Boston Public Library (BPL) has its network hit by a cyberattack that led to a system-wide technical outage.

The technical outage paused public computer and public printing services, as well as some online resources.

The officials immediately took the affected systems offline and also took proactive steps to isolate the problem and shut down network communication.
