BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy Faces suffered from a data breach incident that exposed impacted 350,000 patients.
The unauthorized party accessed files containing PII, including some Social Security numbers.
BioPlus stated that it could not rule out the likelihood that the compromise affected both current and former BioPlus patients' personal information.
