Berry, Dunn, McNeil & Parker, LLC experienced a data breach after an unauthorized party gained access to sensitive consumer data through a compromised employee email account.
The breach compromised consumers’ names, as well as their Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, state identification numbers, protected health information or financial account information.
Berry Dunn sent out data breach letters to all affected parties and informed them about the ways to protect themselves from the fraudulent activities.
