Eligibility & Compensation
U.S. residents who received a notice about the breach may file a claim. Affected individuals can seek:
- Up to $3,500 for documented out-of-pocket losses (e.g., identity theft, credit monitoring fees, ID replacement costs) with proof.
- A pro rata cash payment for those without documented losses, calculated by dividing the remaining settlement fund among valid claims.
- Two years of credit monitoring via CyEx Financial Shield Complete, including $1 million in fraud insurance.
Claim Process & Deadlines
Claims must be submitted online or by mail by August 27, 2026. The opt-out deadline is August 12, 2026, and the final approval hearing is scheduled for September 11, 2026. Payouts will be distributed after the court resolves any appeals.

- $10,000 in service awards for five class representatives.
