A cyberattack targeted a number of servers of the ben-Gurion University of the Negev resulting in a breach incident.
The attack was found during routine scans that were conducted by the university.
The attack caused isolated difficulties causing no significant damage to the servers.
However, a combined team of researchers from the National Cyber Directorate and the Technologies, and the university worked together to prevent the information from leaks.
