Consumers who lived in the United States and received a written notice stating the April 2024 Benefit Profiles Inc. data security incident compromised their personal information may be eligible to claim up to $3,000 from a class action settlement.

How much can class members get?
Class members must choose between two main cash payment options:
Option 1: Reimbursement for documented losses
Ordinary losses (out-of-pocket expenses): Up to $500 for documented expenses, such as fees for credit reports, credit monitoring or freezing or unfreezing credit, costs to replace IDs and postage to contact banks by mail.
