Bell Technical Solutions

A cyberattack on Bell Technical Solutions, a Bell Canada company, was claimed to be the work of the Hive ransomware gang (BTS).

The unauthorized party accessed information that includes the name, address, and phone number of residential and small business customers in Ontario and Québec who booked a technician visit.

Bell Technical Solutions took rapid action to secure the compromised systems and ensure that no customer data, including credit and debit card numbers, banking information, or other financial data, was accessed during the incident.

They pursued the investigation and worked with third-party cybersecurity experts on the matter, as well as implementing solutions to further enhance the security of our systems.
