Bayside experienced a data security incident after it became aware of suspicious activity in certain employees’ email accounts.
Unauthorized actors accessed certain employees’ accounts without authorization and compromised certain personal information.
The information included name, address, Social Security Number, passport number, driver’s license number, financial account information, medical information, health insurance information, username and password for an online account, and email and password.
Bayside immediately commenced an investigation to confirm the nature and scope of the event and notified the impacted individuals.
