Bako Diagnostics

The computer networks of BakoDx experienced potential unauthorized activity in December 2021.

The hackers accessed personal information and remove some data from its systems including full name, date of birth, address, telephone number, and email address, Social Security number, driver’s license number, and/or state ID number; health insurance information and medical informationtion.

BakoDx immediately investigated the incident with a national forensic firm and adopted the remediation efforts.
