Atlantic Digestive Specialists ("ADS") found Some of the systems that they used have been infected with ransomware.
The compromised information includes name, date of birth, address information, telephone number, medical record number, health insurance information, and clinical/diagnostic information.
For some individuals, the impacted information also included a Social Security number.
ADS investigated the incident and notified the affected individuals and offered potentially impacted individuals access to credit monitoring and identity theft protection services for one year without charge.
