ATC Healthcare Services, LLC experienced a data breach after an unauthorized party gained access to sensitive patient information through multiple compromised employee email accounts in December 2021.
The compromised information included names, Social Security numbers, driver’s licenses, financial account information, usernames and passwords, passport numbers, biometric data, medical information, health insurance information, electronic/digital signatures, and employer-assigned identification numbers.
ATC launched an investigation to determine the nature and scope of the incident and notified the impacted individuals of the breach.
