AspenPointe experienced a cyberattack on its technological infrastructure.
The severity of this attack forced them to close most of its operations for several days, and it immediately launched an investigation into its origins.
The compromised information includes full name and one or more of the following were removed from their network in connection with this incident date of birth, Social Security number, driver’s license number, and bank account information.
They stated that they are not aware of any reports of identity fraud or improper use of the information as a direct result of this incident.
This incident had not appeared on any of the dedicated leak sites used by ransomware threat actors who try to pressure victims by dumping some of their data.
