Aptos, Inc.

The Washington State Office of the Attorney General reported that Aptos, Inc. experienced a data breach involving remote access intrusion that allowed unauthorized access to personal information of Individual Consumers between February 2016 and December 2016. A total of 1,013 Washington residents were affected, with online transaction data including names, addresses, phone numbers, payment card numbers, and expiration dates potentially compromised. Notification of the breach was reported on February 25, 2017.
