Apex Capital Corp

Apex Capital Corp. suffered a data breach after an unauthorized party gained access to sensitive consumer data that had been entrusted to the company.

The breach compromised the names, addresses and Social Security numbers of certain individuals including 706 Texas residents.

Apex Capital sent out data breach letters to all individuals.
