Anthem, Inc.

Anthem, one of the largest healt insurers suffered a cyber attack that compromised personal information of tens of millions of its customers and employees.

The compromised information names, Social Security numbers, birthdays, addresses, email and employment information, including income data of 80 million records of current and former customers, as well as employees.

The company personally apologized to all the affected individuals and investigated the incident with the Mandiant, a well-known cybersecurity firm,
