Anne Arundel Medical Center

The email system of Anne Arundel Medical Center in Maryland was accessed by an unauthorized party between Aug. 26 and Sept. 14 that resulted in a data breach incident.

The incident exposed its patient records, such as names, date of birth, medical record numbers and Social Security numbers.

The center took the help of computer forensics firm to investigate the incident and determ one its impact.
