Alfa Insurance

Alfa Specialty Insurance Corporation and Alfa Vision Insurance Corporation suffered a data breach incident.

The information stored on Alfa's computer servers located at a Tennessee location was inadvertently accessible to the internet.

The incident compromised the personal information of about 86,000 individuals including names, addresses, dates of birth, driver's license numbers, and Social Security numbers.

Alfa soon investigated the incident and secured the computer server and removed data cached on the internet.
